“Little did I know, I had the best lawyer in America…who kept me out of jail.”
“I had a case that was from about 4 years ago for driving under a DUI suspended license. I called Mr. McGarrigle and he got back to me within a couple hours, and was about as clear and thorough as anyone could be over the phone. Little did I know, I had the best lawyer in America. That man, not ONLY kept me out of jail, he got them to let me keep my license, AND get rid of the whole case based on the age of it. I didn’t have to pay anything in fines… NOTHING. You get what you pay for in life, and Daniel McGarrigle is worth every cent. I couldn’t be happier and i’m so glad to be able to just put this behind me, and its thanks to that man. 100% gets a glistening recommendation from me. I urge anybody that is in any sort of legal trouble to, at the very least, call him and see what he has to say. Thank you again for all of your help Mr. McGarrigle!” (December 2020) *Review from the McGarrigle Law Firm Google profile.
“Dan came through…against all odds.”
“Many of you may not remember Stan Musial. He was a baseball player back in the 40s. But Stan always came through in clutch situations getting the nickname Stan the man. Recently I got into some trouble with my Megan’s law restrictions. Needless to say I was facing some time or many more years of probation. Dan came through in the end, having Defending me against all odds Dan made the worst situation into something him and I never discussed. I got no time and little probation. If u need a lawyer “DAN IS THE MAN.” (July 2020) *Review from the McGarrigle Law Firm Google profile.
“Facing more jail time and yet ANOTHER reinstatement, Dan relentlessly argued for a complete dismissal of probation and won.”
“Recently hired Dan for a probation violation. His communication was as great as his professionalism. Facing more jail time and yet ANOTHER reinstatement, Dan relentlessly argued for a complete dismissal of probation and won. After more than 9 years of being on probation in Delaware County I’m completely free from their “supervision.” Whatever the case, I highly recommend Dan. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I’m beyond thankful for his help, his encouragement and his determination.” -Kevin Orr (November 17, 2018)
“He was polite and always returned my phone calls, he was never too busy for me.”
“Daniel found justice for my son who was being wrongly charged with felonies by a justice system that just didn’t want to believe the plain truth. He was polite and always returned my phone calls, he was never too busy for me. I would recommend him to everyone!” -David

“Dan will move mountains for his clients.”
“Dan is a hard-charging, take-no-prisoners kind of lawyer who will move mountains for his clients. In front of a jury, few are more convincing.” -Jay Hochberg
“I would recommend his services to any who face criminal charges.”
“Finding yourself on the wrong side of the law can be a very scary experience. Daniel made the process clear and easy to understand. There was an incident that occurred during a trial date, the plaintiff attempted to harass me and Daniel intervened making it clear that the Attorney/ Client relationship was one of genuine concern for the welfare of his client! Daniel was able to see through the lies that were being told by plaintiff and used his defensive skills to expedite the case and get the charges dismissed. I would recommend his services to any and all who face criminal charges.” -Doreen
“Working with Daniel to protect a truly innocent defendant was one of the most rewarding experiences”
“I worked with Attorney Daniel McGarrigle in my role as a forensic psychologist expert witness on one of the most difficult kinds of criminal cases, a coerced false confession case. The defendant was a young black man with a learning disability from a middle class family, who was picked up as a suspect while wearing a “hoodie,” forced into signing a false confession by police, and subsequently tried in front of an all white jury. Luckily the family had retained Daniel to defend their falsely accused son. Despite the near impossibility of overcoming the police testimony, a signed confession, and a signed Miranda rights waiver, Daniel McGarrigle won the case with a unanimous jury acquittal. I realized during the trial that in these types of cases the best attorneys are not from the biggest law firms, but the ones who truly understand “the system” such as cross-examining about police procedures, countering prosecutorial tactics, and demonstrating trial expertise to the trial judge and jury. Working with Daniel to protect a truly innocent defendant was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.”
