Attorney Daniel McGarrigle successfully convinces prosecutors to withdraw all charges against his client who was implicated in a massive alleged drug conspiracy. McGarrigle proved to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office that his client—who had been employed for over 13 years by the U.S. Department of Defense—had no involvement in the alleged criminal activity.
“What is most troubling to me… is that a simple check of employment records would have kept my client from being wrongly accused,” McGarrigle said. “In a case of this magnitude, the lack of due diligence by investigators and the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office is troubling to say the least.”
